This is a re purposed towel bib made from a pre printed terry cloth 100% cotton towel measuring 25 x 15 inches. The neck opening measures 5 1/4 inches and should fit a toddler up to an adult. Great for special needs - food spills, drool and even as a paint cover up. It has a stretch material neck line with some unique sewing. The photo shows a reflection from the sun - THIS IS NOT A BLEACH STAIN. it is hand made in my pet friendly home.
